Founded in 1970 by Mauro Alvez, Jan Sérgio de Oliveira and Pedro Basílio , the company was born as a small roaster and distributor of coffee, located in the municipality of Santa Luzia, in Belo Horizonte, in the state of Minas Gerais.
The name 3 Hearts was named after the three daughters of Peter , and each heart in the logo of the mark represents them, and the larger one that surrounds them, corresponds to that of the own father.
The high quality of the grains and the delicious flavor of the coffee soon won the preference of the miners. In the following decade, in 1980, the brand that until then was regional gained investments and was projected nationally.
This growth was also the result of teamwork developed by each of the employees who work every day to bring the best coffee to each of the consumers.
In the year of 1992 the 3 Hearts innovated once again with a launch that would change the direction of the company: the Cappuccino 3 Hearts.

The Sul de Minas region produces an excellent coffee. It is from this region’s coffee that is planted the base of this blend: coffee with a remarkable flavor which does Justice to the illustrious cradle and displays good body definition, freshness, aroma and ripe flavors balanced.
